焦岗湖生态旅游综合开发项目
一、项目背景
焦岗湖旅游景区位于国家可持续发展先进示范区毛集实验区境内，合淮阜高速公路毛集出入口南侧，交通便利。焦岗湖是皖北最大的天然淡水湖泊，6万亩水面。自然风光旖旎，飞禽鸟兽栖息地，浓郁渔家乐，千亩芦苇荡，万亩荷花淀，环境优美，生态保护良好，水生物丰富，是开发旅游业的极佳场所。
二、建设规模及内容
项目规划总占地面积2000亩，水面10000亩，总建筑面积31600平方米。主要建设游乐场、水上乐园、垂钓中心、高尔夫球场、五星级宾馆、休闲度假村、生态木屋群、附属配套设施等。
三、市场分析
随着经济快速发展和人民生活水平不断提高，外出旅游已成为人们陶冶情趣、开阔眼界、提高生活质量的一种时尚。开发利用好水资源，发展旅游业，不仅能满足城乡居民日益增长的精神文化需求，也是发展地方经济的新思路和新举措。项目建成后，年接待旅客50万人次，实现年收入5亿元。
四、投资估算
项目总投资估算为16亿元，其中固定资产投入12.6亿元，流动资产投入3.4亿元。

Comprehensive Development of Jiaogang Lake Eco-tourism Scenic Area
Ⅰ. Project Background
Situated in Maoji Experimental District, which is a national advanced demonstration zone of sustainable development, and close to the entry/exit of Hefei-Huainan-Fuyang Expressway called Maoji, Jiaogang Lake Eco-tourism Scenic Area enjoys convenient transportation. Being the largest natural freshwater lake in northern Anhui and having about 60000-mu waters in which there are expansive reed and lotus marshes, Jiaogang Lake boasts its beautiful natural landscape, enviable habitat of various birds, aquatic animals and plants, unique water surroundings and waterfront tourism Yujia Lok so that it obviously fits for tourism development.
Ⅱ. Project Content and Scale
The planned construction project of Jiaogang Lake Eco-tourism Scenic Area will cover an area of 2000-mu land and 10000-mu waters with a total construction area of 31,600 square meters, which includes building golf courses, pleasure grounds, an amusement water park, an angling center, a five-star hotel, resorts and eco-cabin groups, infrastructure and supporting facilities etc.
Ⅲ. Market Analysis
With the rapid growth of economy and the continuing improvement of people's living standard, it is increasingly becoming a fad currently for people to travel to refine their mind, broaden their horizons and then improve their life quality. Rational development and utilization of water resources and tourism can not only meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of urban and rural residents but also open up new ideas and new ways of developing local economy. The project is expected to eventually play host to 500,000 visitors annually and achieve annual revenues of RMB￥500 million.
Ⅳ. Investment Estimation
The total investment is RMB￥1.6 billion, of which includes investment of RMB￥1.26 billion in fixed assets, RMB￥340 million in current assets.
