项目规划占地3000亩，建设立体农业示范区、水产品精养、生态果园、花卉中心、垂钓中心、农家乐等，并配套建设停车场5000平方米，游客中心和生态厕所等配套设施。

项目总投资8500万元。

Construction of Eco-agriculture Sightseeing Park
Ⅰ. Project Background
With the combination of agriculture, gardening and tourism,sightseeing eco-agriculture appeals to tourists for beautiful countryside landscapes, closeness to nature, attractive folk customs and “green food” featuring fresh and nutritious contents. Increasingly recognized as an important industry, sightseeing eco-agriculture is now further developed for the business opportunities created by it.
Ⅱ. Project Content and Scale
The planned project will cover an area of 3000-mu land with the construction of a three-dimensional agriculture demonstration zone, an aquatic product intensive-cultivation park, an ecological orchard, a garden center, an angling center, countryside retreats (Happy Farmhouses)etc, supporting facilities of a 5000-square-meter parking lot, a tourist center, bio-toilets etc.

The total investment of this project is RMB￥85 million.
