一、项目背景
毛集实验区位于淮南市西南部，是国家可持续发展先进示范区，合淮阜高速公路穿境而过并设有出入口；淮河在境内有9.1公里岸线，设水运码头7个；距京九铁路5公里，水陆交通运输十分便捷。区内有丰富的煤炭资源、农产品及水产品资源，在毛集实验区投资建设物流基地项目，条件十分优越，市场前景看好。
二、建设规模及内容
项目区规划占地面积500亩，建筑总面积220万平方米，集商品流通、农副产品、仓储、运输及餐饮服务于一体。
三、市场分析
随着社会、经济、技术的高速发展,物流业越来越受到关注和重视。集物流、信息流和资金流于一体的物流中心,在现代经济发展中具有重要的作用。毛集实验区物流基地建设，将引进优质的物流企业和先进的经营管理，全力打造安徽最大的现代化综合性物流中心，有助于整合现有企业的物流资源，搭建第三方物流平台，实现物流的信息化和现代化，降低运行成本，发展前景十分广阔。项目建成后，预计年可实现销售收入11.3亿元。

The Construction of Wanbei (Northern Anhui) Logistic Base
Ⅰ. Project Background
Situated in southwestern part of Huainan city, Maoji Experimental District is a national advanced demonstration zone of sustainable development enjoying convenient water and land transportation with Hefei-Huainan-Fuyang Expressway traversing its territory, the entry/exit nearby Maoji town and wharfs within 5 kilometer. Rich in coal resources, agricultural and aquatic resources, Maoji Experimental District boasts of superior conditions and promising prospects for constructing a Logistic Base.
Ⅱ. Project Content and Scale
With project planning area of 500 mu and a building area of about 2,200,000 square meters, the Logistic Base will operate logistics, transportation and storage of agricultural products and by-products, catering cervices.
Ⅲ. Market Analysis
With the rapid social, economic and technologic development, logistics industry is receiving more and more attention and recognition. Logistic Centers are playing important role in modern economy for they gather flow of materials and commodities, flow of capitals and flow of information as a whole. The Logistic Base will make great efforts to development into the largest comprehensive logistics center in Anhui province by trying to invite and attract superior logistics enterprises，introduce advanced operation and management. The Logistic Base will make great efforts to accomplish logistics informatization and modernization by integrating current logistics resources, establishing platform of TPL and reducing the operation cost. Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve sales revenue of RMB￥1.13 billion for its extensive perspective
