一、项目背景
毛集实验区位于淮南市西南部，是国家可持续发展先进示范区，先后被国家命名为国家社会发展综合实验区、全国小城镇综合改革试点镇、全国小城镇建设示范镇、中国首届乡镇投资环境300佳等多项荣誉称号。近年来，实验区经济发展迅猛，随着地方经济发展和城区人口不断增加，老城区由于大部分建筑建成年代久远，原有的街道狭窄，雨天污水混流，照明设施落后，道路硬化率低，无垃圾处理等基础设施，已满足不了现代化城市的建设需要，老城区改造势在必行。
二、建设规模及内容
改造老城区面积2.52平方公里，城区道路，商业街开发及公共设施建设。
三、市场分析
项目建成后可实现销售收入31.5亿元。
四、投资估算
项目总投资15亿元。

The Renovation Project of Old Maoji Town
Ⅰ. Project Background
Situated in southwestern part of Huainan city, Maoji Experimental District is a national advanced demonstration zone of sustainable development, which has been granted the honored titles for many times such as “the National Comprehensive Social Development Experimental District”, “a pilot of the small cities and towns of national comprehensive reform”, “a nationwide model of the small cities and towns”, “the First 300 Towns of the Strongest Investment Environment”. With the swift development of local economy and the rapid increase of urban population, the old urban areas of Maoji town have been increasingly failing to meet the demands of modern city construction for old and degenerated buildings, roads of low hardening rate, narrow, dirty and poorly-lit streets without sound drainage and without facilities for the treatment of domestic wastes. Therefore, The Renovation Project is both inevitable and necessary.
Ⅱ. Project Content and Scale
To renovate and reconstruct the old urban areas of 2.52 square kilometers，including construction of urban roads and public facilities, development of shopping streets.
Ⅲ. Market Analysis
Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve sales revenue of RMB￥3.15 billion.
