一、项目背景
毛集经济开发区区位于淮南市毛集实验区102省道南北两侧，连接合淮阜高速公路出入口处，是安徽省民营科技工业园区。规划总面积约5平方公里。工业集聚区内外交通便捷、生态环境良好、设计功能完备、规划布局合理，以技术含量高、出口创汇、无污染的产业为主体，逐步建成具有成果转化、技术开发、信息服务等综合功能的现代化工业基地，成为毛集产业链的重要组成部分和区域经济增长点。
二、建设规模及内容
重点发展五大类工业组团：高新产业组团，轻纺产业组团，农副产品加工业组团，机电产业组团，公共服务中心。
三、市场分析
利用合淮阜高速公路穿境而过并设有互通立交的优势，打造工业发展平台，形成“一心三轴五组团”的结构模式。项目建成后，年实现产值近54.5亿元。
四、投资估算
项目估算总投资为20亿元，固定资产投入14.6亿元，流动资产投入5.4亿元。

Construction of Industrial Agglomeration Zone
Ⅰ. Project Background
Situated in Maoji Experimental District of Huainan city, lying across Provincial Highway No.102 and adjacent to the entry/exit of Hefei-Huainan-Fuyang Expressway at Maoji, Maoji Industrial Agglomeration Zone has been established as a nongovernmental science and technology park of Anhui Province with a planning area of about 5 square kilometers. With its advantages of convenient transportation, benign eco-environment, well-designed functions and rational planning layout, with its focus on developing high-tech, export-oriented and pollution-free industries, the Industrial Agglomeration Zone will be eventually developed into a modern industrial base with comprehensive functions of S＆T achievement transformation, technological development and information service and it will become an important component in Maoji's industry chain and constitute a new growth point in regional economy..
Ⅱ. Project Content and Scale
Five industry clusters will be mainly developed in Maoji Industrial Agglomeration Zone, namely, Hi-tech Industries, textile and other light industries, agricultural product and by-product processing industries，electromechanical industries and industry of public service centers.
Ⅲ. Market Analysis
With Hefei-Huainan-Fuyang Expressway crossing through the area, and with convenient transportation via it, the platform for industrial development and the industrial structure of “ One Core, Three Axes and Five Clusters will be developed. Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB￥5.45.
Ⅳ. Investment Estimation
The total investment of this project is estimated RMB￥2 billion, of which includes investment of RMB￥1.46 billion in fixed assets, RMB￥540 million in current assets.
