一、项目背景毛集实验区是国家农副产品生产加工基地，安徽省农副产品生产加工示范基地，水稻资源十分丰富，素有“江淮米都”之美誉。
区内省级龙头企业——宏宇集团，拥有114家大米加工生产企业，10万亩优质水稻订单生产基地，年产大米100万吨，“晶光”牌大米被授予安徽“绿色食品”称号。产品畅销国内外，深受消费者好评。
随农业现代化不断推进，农副产品加工产业链逐步深化，提高农产品附加值是当前急需解决课题。做好“米”文章，是摆在我们面前的首要任务，愿与国内外具有实力技术商家共谋“米”的篇章。

Deep Processing of Rice
Ⅰ. Project Background
Maoji Experimental District is both an important national base for producing and processing the farm products and by-products and a demonstrative base for producing and processing the farm products and by-products of Anhui province. Rich in rice resources, Maoji Experimental District is noted for “a capital of rice in central Anhui”.
With an annual output of 1 million tons of rice, Hongyu Group Ltd., a local and a provincial leading enterprise, possesses 114 rice producing and processing enterprises, and a high-quality rice production base of 100000-mu. Highly praised and appreciated by the consuming public, its products enjoy fast sales both at home and abroad. Its“Jinguang Brand Rice” has been awarded “Green Food”.
With the development of agricultural modernization and the industry chain of agricultural product and by-product processing, there is an urgent demand to improve agricultural product added value. We take pleasure in developing and expanding rice industry with all powerful enterprises from domestic and abroad.
