国家级焦岗湖湿地公园开发项目
一、项目背景
焦岗湖位于安徽省淮南市毛集国家可持续发展实验区境内，拥有6万亩天然湖面，既是皖北最大的天然淡水湖泊，又是发展旅游业和开发系列旅游产品的独特风水宝地。焦岗湖湿地公园项目是淮南市三大旅游战略目标之一。这里环境宜人，水质良好，目前已建成了柳浪闻莺、湖畔垂钓、芦荡探幽、荡舟采菱、湖中戏鸟、渔家寻乐、浪遏飞舟等景点，大量水生植物、鸟类、鱼类、两栖类和湿地兽类在此繁衍，形成了较为完备的生态系统。
二、建设规模及内容
本项目占地近300公顷，其中湿地近260公顷。主要建设亲水生态别墅区、综合服务及花园式酒店、饮食文化长廊及服务区、广场、湿地保护区、滨湖休闲旅游度假活动区等。
三、市场分析
湿地公园建设是国家重点扶持的公益性项目，将得到政府特殊优惠政策的重点支持。项目建成后，将在3年内收回投资并产生很好的经济效益。
四、投资估算
本项目总投资6亿元。
五、项目进展情况
国家林业局调查设计院协会编制完成，并已通过初审。

Development of Jiaoganghu National Wetland Park
Ⅰ. Project Background
Situated in Maoji National Experimental District of Sustainable Development, Jiaogang Lake boasts about 60000-mu waters, which is not only the largest natural freshwater lake in northern Anhui but also a unique promising land for developing tourist industry and series of tourist products. Listed as one of Huainan city's Three Strategic Targets of Tourism Development Jiaoganghu Wetland Park enjoys advantaged natural conditions of hospitable environment and fine-quality water. A fairly complete ecosystem is functioning well here for a great number of aquatic plants, birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians living and breeding here. Also scenic spots such as “Listening to Orioles among Willow-Waves”, “Lakeside Angling”, “Reed-Marsh Exploring”, “Canoe Paddling and Water-Chestnut Picking”, “Bird Watching on the Lake”, “ Pleasure-Seeking at Fishing Homes”, “Speeding Boats Stayed by Waves” have been built here,
Ⅱ. Project Content and Scale
The project covers an area of nearly 300 hectares, of which nearly 260 hectares of wetland. And it mainly includes building waterside eco-villas, integrated-service and garden-style hotels, dietary culture promenade, service centre, plazas, wetland reserves, lakeside resorts and recreational areas.
Ⅲ. Market Analysis
The construction of the Wetland Park is a key public-benefit project aided by the state, which will win support of special preferential policies from the government. The project is expected to eventually win a payback within three years and generate remarkable social and economic returns.
Ⅳ. Investment Estimation
The total investment of this project is RMB￥0.6 billion。
Ⅴ. Project Progress
The overall design of the plan has been finished by the Academy of Forest Inventory and Planning (AFIP)，and has passed the preliminary examination.
